Dallas 99.jpg (22592 bytes)Welcome to SlowGT; the premier 5.0 liter Mustang Horsepower Engineering drag racing site on the web.  This site is dedicated to sharing information on how to build a high horsepower, 10-second, 5.0 liter, fuel injected, no-power-adder 1988 Mustang GT. In addition, technical information that applies to cars being built for all different levels of drag racing.  This particular 5.0 liter GT was built to race at Fun Ford Weekend and NMRA events.  Over a period of time, the entire combination; from Chassis to Engine to Drive Train will be detailed on this site.  So you'll not only learn how to make horsepower, but how to put it to the ground.  And, no matter what you drag race, our Racers Math pages can help you do some useful number-crunching.  Come on in and take time to e-mail us and let us know how you think we might improve this site!  While you're here, be sure to visit SlowGT OnLine, our answer board where you can get 5.0 liter Mustang technical information from people who have done it.  Check back frequently as we will be updating the site regularly.  If you like the site, let a friend know we're here.
