Security at the SlowGT Store

Security: Here at SlowGT, we take security seriously when it comes to your personal information.  Below, you will find an outline of the security measures we have taken with regard to your personal information.  If you have any other questions, please contact us.

• All sensitive data is transmitted from you to us using an SSL connection.  This connection is generally considered to be the most secure, generally available method for transferring sensitive data across the internet.

• We do not store your credit card information on our web server.  When you submit your credit card number and other personal information, it is immediately forwarded to NetBilling.com, a third party processing company.  NetBilling.com then checks with your credit card company and returns an authorization (accepted/declined) notice to SlowGT.  This transfer is also made via an SSL connection.  If the transaction is authorized, NetBilling.com proceeds with the financial transaction.

• Upon completion of the transaction, your name, address and other non-credit card information required to complete your order is stored on our server in encrypted files.
