I am having trouble shifting from second to third and third to fourth. It grinds so I just wait a couple of seconds and put it into gear and then it goes but what could be the problem? I know that the shift forks aren't bent at all because it is smooth. I have an aftermarket shifter (couldn't tell you which one) Could the shifter be the problem or is it the synchro's? It's only 2-3 and 3-4. 1-2 and 4-5 are smooth as silk.
