Of the three items you list – clutch, aluminum flywheel, throttle body – I would go with the throttle body unless you need a new clutch. The stock clutch and flywheel are fine for moderate performance usage. An aluminum flywheel is used to reduce the inertial drag on the engine. However, for lower horsepower cars drag cars, a heavy flywheel will actually store energy and help the car launch better. Some NHRA stock class cars use a very heavy flywheel (30-40 lbs.). I would suggest an underdrive pulley system and 1.7 roller rockers for your application.
