The 3.73 gears would be good addition. We like the Ford Motorsport and Richmond gear sets. The Force II exhaust system will not give you much of a power gain (nor will any other cat-back system). However, the Force II will give you a very nice sound if you are interested. You are correct about the ram-air. Most "scoops" will cause a clearance problem. The March system works well with minimal problems. The main goal here is to allow the engine to breath cooler air from outside the engine bay. You won't get much of a "Ram-Air" effect.
