I'm a 17 year-old boy and my birthday is coming up on Dec. 25 and I want something that will give me more power and I don't know what my spending limit is. So I what to go the cheapest way so I can get more things,I won't my car hitting 13.70's or so, right now I'm hitting 14.83's so whatever you can tell me to do would really help me.

What do you think I need to beat most of the camaro's and trans am/firebird's out there?
