It sounds like a sensor problem. Was the car manufactured with a mass-air system? If the car was converted from a speed-density system, it is possible that all sensor inputs have not been connected properly. Perform a code scan on the computer. Don’t drill a hole in the throttle blade. Your combination should work fine with the stock computer.
